I was able to do so and decided to buy the vehicle. Justin was helpful in the actual transaction, finding a bank for me that would not penalize me for paying it off sooner. Overall, a pleasant, easy process. More

Appalled by service I've never had a bad experience at Sunnyside Toyota- until yesterday. I scheduled a routine oil change as I've had many times before. It was for 11:45 I've never had a bad experience at Sunnyside Toyota- until yesterday. I scheduled a routine oil change as I've had many times before. It was for 11:45 am, however I didn't get a phone call until almost 4 PM to let me know that I desperately needed new brakes (weird considering every time before they've always been in the good green range.) They told me it would be about $1300 (!) to fix them. I said I only wanted the oil change. I wanted a second opinion on the brakes. When I went to pick up my car, I was told it would be over $70. I asked about this because it's usually between $40 or $50. Instead of looking into it for me, she immediately became defensive and said it wasn't possible. Then she looked up my previous appointments and said "well you've never had a tire rotation before". I didnt schedule a tire rotation. Just an oil change, as I've done in the past. I took my paperwork home and noticed my brakes had been marked as fine initially, then scribbled out TWICE and marked as terrible. Not to mention various other things initially marked as in the green and later on changed to need work done. I had a second opinion on my brakes who said there was absolutely no reason to think I needed brakes THAT DAY. They simply weren't 'perfect' any more. It was something I might need to plan for in the future. I had never before experienced this terrible service from Sunnyside and left upset and disappointed. Not only with the techs changing up the initial paperwork for my car, but also for the service department doing things I didnt schedule and then charging me more. After yesterday I can honestly say I will not visit Sunnyside, nor reccomend them to anyone, ever again. I had friends and family purchase vehicles from Sunnyside in the past when they seemed trustworthy to me. It's sad to see they are no longer someone I can count on. More

This last car was a better car than we thought we could afford but Al showed us a good array of cars and we elected a 3009 Avalon. Quite happy with it. He is polite and kind even got a water for my wife. He was the only one I wanted to deal with. Lori was great also, help to. Complete sale. Have recommended Sunnyside Toyota to many friends. More
