First car in, last car out? Mine was obviously the first car into the service bay (or certainly should have been since I had the first appt.), yet it wasn't ready for pickup until 5:15 pm. This was a standard 70,000 mile service which required no additional work other than the usual oil change and tire rotation and inspection/car wash. I've never previously had to wait all day to get my car under similar circumstances. Three and one half hours should be plenty of time to perform the recommended service, so I surely don't understand how the first car in isn't ready until the end of the day. This is my first unsettling experience with this service department, so my recommendation isn't changing, but seriously - what the heck? All day? I have several other grievances from previous service visits: (1) I was told after a Fall service visit that I needed new tires (coincidentally, a Sunnyside tire sale was coming up I was told). I chose not to buy new tires, but at next Spring's service visit, there was no mention of tire replacement on those same, yet more road-traveled tires! (2) At another service visit I was told my back license plate lights were out and was quoted an outrageous price (nearly $50 dollars if memory serves, because, as I was told, they are very difficult to access) to replace them. I chose not to do so and found that not only were they accessible with just the simple removal of a plastic panel (that a child could have done), but they were just loose and didn't need replacing at all! My faith is shaken, but I unfortunately expect the same treatment no matter where I take my cars (I have 3 cars serviced here). I just now don't immediately believe what I'm told. More

Leasing experience Alex M. was a wonderful help when I was looking at renewing my lease. He also helped me when I was trying to decide whether my 19 year old daughter should buy a used car or lease one herself, so that we didn't constantly have to work around each other's schedule. I felt he was very honest and I would highly recommend him for anyone thinking of buying/leasing a car. The rest of the staff I worked with, Charlie and Brian ( in management and finance) were extremely friendly, informative, and helpful, as well. They also made my two experiences over the last four months very easy and enjoyable. More
