Great. Repairs done correctly and timely. Repairs done correctly and timely. Also the multi point inspections keep me on top of possible repairs so I don't breakdown on the road. Miss and a nice recovery. Followed advisor’s recommendation to get a new set of tires. When I picked up my 4Runner TRD Pro, it had a nice set of city-driving tires on it. I explained to Ray (Service Manager) that this was an off-road truck that looked pretty stupid with these wimpy tires. He immediately ordered the Nittos that the TRD Pro came with and had them replaced, no questions asked. Huge recovery! More

They charge $30 just for a 5 minute road test. We heard a noise in the wheels which we suspected was a wheel bearing problem. We made an appointment and drove 35 minutes to the dealer and were told we would be charged $30 just to have the mechanic look at it and/or take it for a 5 minute road test. We were not informed of the charge when we called for the appointment and told the agent what the problem was. We declined the road test. No other place where have had my vehicles serviced ever charged for that. Ridiculous! More
