Even though I live on the other side of town some 22 miles away, I've been buying vehicles and having them serviced here for 14 years because every visit has been a positive experience. I don't mind waiting for service because there is WiFi, coffee, crisp television reception, and comfortable seating. Even the ladies room is clean and lovely! The likability of your sales rep Al Phillips and also staffers such as Jake Carleton along with every service rep I've encountered are a huge factor in my returning, time after time. The prices are competitive, too. I recommend Sunnyside in North Olmsted to all my friends and relatives. More

We spoke to Alex, and he quickly found a perfect car for me. His friendliness and obvious expertise was so encouraging. The process was simple and, in no time, I owned a gently-used car. We were so impressed, in fact, that we asked Alex to find a car for my husband. We were back the following Saturday, and now my husband has a gently-used car, too. Note: we live 1 1/2 hours away from Sunnyside. We drove up the 1st time because a competitor sold us the cars we replaced. We went there, and we're treated badly right away. That's how we ended up at Sunnyside. SO GLAD. More

We bought the car at this dealership and they have been fair and honest when it comes to repairs. So, when our 1995 Tercel died (due to 20 years of salty winter pot-holed roads), we bought our new car here. If that doesn't say something good about a dealership, then I don't know what does. More

Good service but marks on car after car washed. The service was good on the car but marks were left on the car following the car wash. Told the service rep (Ken) about it and he took an attitude with me - like what do you want me to do about it. He told me I needed to contact the service manager Ray Thomas on Monday, August 20th, as he was off. I said could you at least look at the car because the service manager could come back and say how do we know our car wash did it. Ken said that was between me and the service manager. Ken begrudgingly looked at the car and said he could see the marks. I will be calling the service manager today. Poor customer service on Ken’s part. More
