ANOTHER AWESOME VISIT TO SUNNYSIDE IN N. OLMSTED We took my 2018 RAV4 in last week on Aug 23rd. We didn't "work" with Ray Thomas on this date; however, he had scheduled to have the Surface Protect Pl We took my 2018 RAV4 in last week on Aug 23rd. We didn't "work" with Ray Thomas on this date; however, he had scheduled to have the Surface Protect Plus applied. He also had the guys look at my car starter, which was a factory starter, but installed AFTER we bought the car. Turns out, after a thorough explanation by Chuck Stoll to me, I was doing it incorrectly. MY "three" clicks were not including the first click to lock the car! I wouldn't have realized this until he demonstrated it to me. Their time that they spent with us regarding any issues that we have had, have been awesome and we can't say enough about Ray and Chuck! AND, for the work that was done on detailing my car when applying the Surface coating, was amazing! Those guys did an AWESOME job on my car. It looks better now than it did when I bought it! My tires are just sparkling and look wet, they are so clean! We can't say enough nice things about all of them that have worked with us. Customer Service has been great to us! Thank you all again! And Thank you to Kendyl for also emailing me to check on the service we had! I also told her everything that I have said here. You all were wonderful! More
