Why a tire leaked air; had to replace tire. One severe complaint. The service guys tore my smaller mat I duck taped to vehicle carpet in the driver's seat area. Drove SLOW to service center and thankfully they looked at the car, which was close to closing time (thank you!). Discovered lug nuts were not tight. Thankfully nothing happened while driving fast on highways. More
