Delay for 45 minutes. Yesterday there was a delay of more than 45 minutes and I was in before 10.30am, if they were running behind, the least some one could do was to atlea Yesterday there was a delay of more than 45 minutes and I was in before 10.30am, if they were running behind, the least some one could do was to atleast inform the customer to come in little later. I was sitting till about 12.40 pm before I left the dealership. Does this mean, well the customer is here why bother to even tell them till they ask “why is it taking so long today”? More
