Appointment times matter I arrived for my appt. at 2pm with what I knew was a muffler noise. Two hours later I was informed that I should return my car to the muffler shop wh I arrived for my appt. at 2pm with what I knew was a muffler noise. Two hours later I was informed that I should return my car to the muffler shop where I had the muffler installed. That's a ridiculous amount of time to diagnose the problem. I made an appt. for 2 pm and in my opinion my car should have been looked at by the mechanic by 2:10. I could have been out by 2:30, not 4. If I wanted to sit at the dealership for 2 hours, I could have just dropped in and waited while everyone went first. Appointment times are supposed to mean something. The only redeeming occurance was that the woman who registered me forgave the $49.95 charge ro look at my car. Thank you. Rita Robinson More

Oil change plus rattle Went in for an oil change and to investigate a rattle. The service guys reattached the heat shield but when they drove the car still heard the rattle. Went in for an oil change and to investigate a rattle. The service guys reattached the heat shield but when they drove the car still heard the rattle. After more investigation they found it coming from an exhaust pipe. It wasn't loose or leaking so they advised us to leave it be unless the noise bothered us too much. I was impressed that they didn't try to get us to make an unnecessary repair just to pad the bill. More

Dave Svoboda emailed me the day before service to ask what time the call was so he could go say hi to my husband and check in with him. I had a horrific experience with a Honda dealership in Elyria where they didn’t fasten lugnuts on tires and tire fell off after the service and over $3k worth of damage to old vehicle. I trust that this won’t happen at Sunnyside . I’m letting him take the vehicle in for service for a while because this still has me shaken up quite a bit. I’m sorry I don’t know the names of service people who helped my husband but.....if they were not up to par he certainly would have said something. More
