Poor Customer Service. The Service Manager lacked a basic level of customer service skills when I interacted with him regarding a miscommunication with Toyota Care coverage The Service Manager lacked a basic level of customer service skills when I interacted with him regarding a miscommunication with Toyota Care coverage on my leased Corolla. At the conclusion of my interaction with him it was apparent that the Service Manager placed a higher emphasis on not having to reimburse Toyota for the cost of an oil change over retaining a customer who had leased multiple vehicles with Toyota and was misinformed by one of his employees about the status of coverage. I found my interaction with him incredibly unsatisfactory. His inability to remedy his employees mistake for their miscommunication to the customers satisfaction will result in me choosing to lease through a competitor. More
