Personal service I originally went in for scheduled maintenance, as part of the normal service they did an inspection of the car. I was informed that rear brakes neede I originally went in for scheduled maintenance, as part of the normal service they did an inspection of the car. I was informed that rear brakes needed service, which didn't surprise me as my breaking had been sluggish. They made time and did the work that day, rather than me needing to come back for another appointment. While I was waiting a Manager loaned me his IPhone charger to charge my phone, and I was offered complimentary drop off somewhere if I wanted a ride to wait elsewhere. More

SLOW service I arrived at 1:40 for a 2:00 appt, for new vehicle scheduled maintenance. The porter asked if I wanted a wash with the service and I said yes. The ser I arrived at 1:40 for a 2:00 appt, for new vehicle scheduled maintenance. The porter asked if I wanted a wash with the service and I said yes. The service tech told it would take 1:00 to 1:15 for the service. At 3:00 I asked when the car would be done and was now told it was 1:15 after the appointment time not the arrival time. Finally at 3:30 the truck was done but came back without a wash. Now the only reason to go back is that it is that the scheduled oil changes were part of the purchase price. More
