Mikayla was great, found an additional discount from my Rewards Card that I wasn't aware of and took the time to show me all the differences in the newer model (lots of new tech and capabilities after so many years with my prior car). Fabulous buyig experience I must admit I was not looking forward to shopping for a car as most of my past experiences have not been pleasant. I feel because I am a woman, most I must admit I was not looking forward to shopping for a car as most of my past experiences have not been pleasant. I feel because I am a woman, most dealerships felt I don't know anything about buying a car and probably not have the money to buy one. Was ignored while looking through lots in the past. But this experience was very different. We were greeted by Dave when we entered the showroom and he showed us nothing but respect from that moment on. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, never put pressure to purchase more than we wanted. If he did not know something, he went to someone who had the answers. He spent a lengthy time going over the car and all its features. He always kept in mind what we were interested in, not pushing to sell us a higher priced model. He was able to give us a fair price for our trade in as well. Patrick handled the financial piece of the deal, explain the different plans available, again not pushing us to purchase more than we wanted, even when were not sure. He gave us time alone to talk and make decisions. All in all, it was a great experience and I am glad we made the trip across town to Sunnyside due to the Costco deal. Thank you Dave and Patrick....you guys were awesome. More
Maintenence Checkup and Tires I dropped off my car for maintenance and possibly new tires. I asked them to look at the tires and call me if they needed to be replaced. I made thi I dropped off my car for maintenance and possibly new tires. I asked them to look at the tires and call me if they needed to be replaced. I made this clear when I called ahead as well. I picked up my car at the end of the day assuming I didn't need tires since no one called however, on pick up it was clear that I did need tires and they thought nothing of it until I asked. So, I needed to now set up another appointment. Without much apology or care they were willing to slate me in at a time convenient for them. I left called NTB and they were able to help right away. More

Oil change and exhaust issue Came in for regular oil change that I've been putting off; and, too have a noise checked out. Turns out there's an exhaust leak. Was given the option of having car taken to another shop to get the work done. Was told it would cost a fraction of what I would be charged there. Was surprised by them being upfront about getting a cheaper price. However, the suggested shop was too far away, so I picked up the car and took it to a nearby repair shop. Downside, it costed me $50 to have them find the origin of the exhaust noise. I think it's normally$100, but I have a rewards card. More

The workers were friendly The reason I went to the dealership was because complementary service is availible up to the 25,000 mile mark. The services guys have all been pleasan The reason I went to the dealership was because complementary service is availible up to the 25,000 mile mark. The services guys have all been pleasant when I went and they get the car taken care of in a timely manner. Although this last time I went in every thing stated above was the same, the service center did not put air in my tires. They simply rotated the tires without added an essential part (air). Although I can add air myself, I was under the impression that adding air to the tires is not an added fee it is part of routine maintenance and when I got back in my car and the tire light was still on after the service men had just taken a look at the car, I was frustrated. More
