Usually excellent; this one far from it…starting with scheduling, I couldn’t get in for an oil change for over three weeks. This, after trying to get someone to answer my call. I’m usually greeted with s scheduling, I couldn’t get in for an oil change for over three weeks. This, after trying to get someone to answer my call. I’m usually greeted with someone who knows more than I do about my service, but this time I was greeted by someone who said, “What are you here for?” The service went well, but I was not given the usual work order print out I usually receive. I was given a completed checklist. My vehicle was not washed, as is the usual custom, and no one said why. More
Brought my car in for recall work after being contacted by the dealership several times to schedule. Was due for regular maintenance so I requested that while it was in for recall work. When I came to pick by the dealership several times to schedule. Was due for regular maintenance so I requested that while it was in for recall work. When I came to pick up the car, I was told the recall part was out of stock, so the recall work wasn’t done, but I paid for the very expensive maintenance which wasn’t the primary reason for my visit. Now I have to reschedule and use another day to have the recall work done. The service department blamed the mixup on a computer software issue which shut down the dealership computers. How hard is it to call the parts department to ask if you have the part you have been pestering me to have replaced? More
