Terrific service and communication An oil change and tire rotation turned into a tire replacement when I had a flat tire over the weekend. The service professional I dealt with indicated they would check the original tire to determine if it could be repaired. Once it was determined that repair was not an option, he advised me and indicated a new tire could be ordered and replaced within several days. Before the oil change and rotation was completed, he notified me that the tire would be delivered to Sunnyside that same afternoon allowing me to return and have the tire replaced later that day. A bonus was having the original tire that I had purchased through Sunnyside be covered through warranty! More

8/5/19 I wasn’t happy about the incorrect bill and I having to catch the problem and addressing the over charging service fee. Takata Recall & A/C Problem Takata Air Bag recall was performed, however the recall notice sticker on the passenger side window was not removed. Not sure why it wasn't removed s Takata Air Bag recall was performed, however the recall notice sticker on the passenger side window was not removed. Not sure why it wasn't removed since the recall was performed. Cabin Filter was replaced, but leaves and debris from the old filter was left on the passenger side floor mat for me to clean up. Asked that my rear taillights be checked. Thought my driver side white reverse light was brunt out. When I got my vehicle home it was not replaced and is still burned out. More
