Meanwhile I drive 30k miles for work and I have daily malfunctions with a 19 Avalon - happened again this am after having it in yesterday. I asked about a different vehicle and I was given a 1-800 to call. People are nice enough at dealership but this is simply unacceptable - somehow it feels like this is my problem not theirs. More
