The service agent, Scott, was able to inform me that the problem was a new one that had just come to the attention of Toyota Service and that the matter could be resolved in a couple of hours. The vehicle was subsequently returned to me after two hours and the sound was eliminated. Thanks for satisfactorily resolving the problem at no cost to me. More

Your time is not a consideration I have had 3 negative experiences with this service center. I return because it is the closest location for the free oil changes. 2 of the 3 times was I have had 3 negative experiences with this service center. I return because it is the closest location for the free oil changes. 2 of the 3 times was over 3hrs waiting at the dealership and the 2nd was 7 hours when I called to see if it was done yet,, I was told “u never specified a time” Amazing. Third issue had to do with a vehicle purchase that I made at a different Toyota dealership. More
