Service person great, large concern on technical side Have always taken my car in for service here. Have been in as recently this past June. While my car was being serviced the associate came to me to s Have always taken my car in for service here. Have been in as recently this past June. While my car was being serviced the associate came to me to say a part had been found to be zip tied up. The technicians said this was not something they have done, or would have done. After a discussion with the associate where i went explained no one had serviced, or worked on my car except them, he went back and did some research. He showed the tech supervisor where work had recently been done in the same area on the car where the part that was zip tied up was found. At this point the supervisor remembered that while doing certain things in that area they will sometimes zip tie up things. So this would never have come to light if the associate had not taken the time to research, and follow up. The question comes up...if the part was broken, why was it not taken care of the last visit? And why would things like this happen without the supervisor immediately recognizing why this could have happened. Or why he would not be checking previous work history.
