Took my 2017 Sienna in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection, they did NOT rotate tires and it took them 1 1/12 hours to do it. I now question whether they changed oil. The current owners bought the business from the dealership I purchased I originally bought my Tundra from, with whom I had a great experience. The current owner is no where near as customer friendly as the previous. Will not be utilizing this business for future purchases. More
Decided not to purchase through them due to shady business practices. On every new vehicle they will tack on an additional $1,100 for services/products that should be optional but are required. After receiving a spec sheet and going through the credit application process THEN they will inform you of these charges. Wouldn't even take my deposit to reserve the vehicle beforehand either. Charles, the sales manager, tried to justify these charges by telling me it was in MY best interest. No, it's definitely in the dealership's. Charles also tried to excuse these charges by claiming it was their way to stay competitive. If they wanted to be competitive then this would be a complementary service. He's correct in that other dealerships are tacking on an additional $1,500 to $3,000 on MSRP, but this is exactly what Westside Toyota is doing, but trying to be sneaky about it. At least other dealerships are upfront. Listen, I was looking at a corolla, not a Lexus. Why would I pay $895 to add Permaplate and $290 for nitrogen tires on an economy car? Toyotas are fine products right off the boat, no need to waste your money. Oh, after Charles and I ended our call he had my salesperson call 10 minutes later to tell me that they WOULD take off the nitrogen tires costs, but NOT the permaplate. The cherry on top is that Charles stated they did not do a full credit report. Called my credit card company and they were able to confirm that Westside Toyota did in fact add a full inquiry on my account. Thanks a lot. More

When I took delivery of my Venza (and later when I had more questions) she walked me through all the details of learning the new features. She really knows her stuff! Also a shout out to team leader, Al Phillips, and Matt Blaha in finance. I had more minor interactions with them but both were friendly and welcoming and all 3 of these people left me with a great impression of Westside Toyota. More
