I went to get a oil change and transmission drain and fill. Not a flush. They stripped the threads on the transmission drain pan and told me it needed to be replaced and it would be about $1100. I said y fill. Not a flush. They stripped the threads on the transmission drain pan and told me it needed to be replaced and it would be about $1100. I said you broke it you can fix it. They said no. So I called Toyota directly, opened a claim and they sent me an email that the dealership would be contacting me. What a surprise. They called me and said that they just re tapped the drain pan and replaced the drain plug and the truck is ready to be picked up. They knocked $50 dollar service charge. However, they never put that little sticker on the window telling me when the next oil change was due so I don't even know if they actually changed the oil and filter er. I'm 75 years old and now I have to crawl under the truck to see if they even completed that. IMHO they tried to scam me out of $1100. Bill H More

The car was great and they did a great job making sure it was up to standard. My only issue is that there were two dings on the car they mistakenly didn’t disclose and they were unwilling to give a small dis was up to standard.
