I have been taking my vehicle to Westside Lexus for service because it's closer to my job than Northside Lexus. However, I must say I'm VERY disappointed in the service. I took my car in for the 70,000 service because it's closer to my job than Northside Lexus. However, I must say I'm VERY disappointed in the service. I took my car in for the 70,000 mile routine service and I honestly don't believe anything was done other than the two new tires I paid for, the alignment I paid for, and a car wash. My car battery cable connections were not cleaned. Nor was there any corrosion applied. How do I know? Because my car died the same day and when I jumped it, I lifted the battery cover and both of the connections were covered in black dust/residue. They had not been cleaned. It's pretty clear to me that my battery wasn't even checked, which leads me to believe none of the other 70,000 mile items were checked either. Thank goodness ba gentleman at the gas station offered to go get his jumper cables to help out a stranded woman all alone at a gas station. I no longer trust your technicians to perform my maintenance. It's sad, because I paid for a certified Lexus and I'm now having issues and have only had the vehicle less than one year. This is the second time I've had to have my car battery jumped. There's no way this should happen with a certified Lexus. More

The insurance company Westside Lexus should feel very confident in their collision consultant Isaias Ponce in exemplifying superior customer service. The insurance company involved in my claim was very difficult but Isaias handled every aspect of the claim and all the players involved including keeping me fully updated and included in the process. He went above and beyond to make a repair to my interior seat that could not be determined how it occurred but instead of debating it, he got the job done and created a very satisfied and repeat customer! Thank you so much for having someone at Westside Lexus that is so customer focused and professional. More

20K Service on RX 350 Loaner was waiting, dealership was able to fix spot on windshield where a pebble hit and spidered ( I had purchased windshield insurance). Wow.. Excellent Maintenance Service! WOW!! That sums up the friendly Westside Lexus Service Team. I recently had both our IS-250 and GX-460 serviced for scheduled maintenance in the new s WOW!! That sums up the friendly Westside Lexus Service Team. I recently had both our IS-250 and GX-460 serviced for scheduled maintenance in the new spacious Service Center. As usual I was very impressed with the practical repairs that were recommended. The service inspection report outlined issues needing immediate attention, and suggested less critical items as optional (i.e. to be monitored during future visits). I also opted to have Lexus Detailing done along with door dents removed.. The vehicle looked "like new" when it was completed. Thoroughly satisfied customer! More

Frown upside down. I took my 2008 Lexus LS600hL in for a service and check engine light. Yup, worst case scenario. I decided to try to cut my losses. Westside gave me a fair price on my trade in despite the issues. I then started to work with the sales team to try to find a vehicle. At this point I was very discouraged and not looking forward to having to buy a car. I started working with Mike Gonzales and he alone made the day worthwhile. Mike spent all day with my wife and I trying to find the best vehicle for us. He was extremely accommodating and we ended up getting into a brand new lease vehicle. Mike was a star and I hope to be a repeat customer of Mike’s and Westside Lexus. Kevin in finance also did a wonderful job and he helped me make decisions I rely on my wife for, so thanks Kevin. Tough shoes to fill! Thank you! I love the new ride! More
