Mark Solomon was a much needed experience, and was great at finding a happy medium. I was able to get my wife what she wanted without her ever being there. Happy with the results. But disappointed that I drove an hour to pick up my car when I was told to, and it was not ready. I would have appreciated a call to let me know it wasn’t ready yet. Poor quality of work I do regular vehicle maintenance for my Lexus RX350 at Westside Lexus. As usual, I did the maintenance on Dec.10 last year. there was no issue at all I do regular vehicle maintenance for my Lexus RX350 at Westside Lexus. As usual, I did the maintenance on Dec.10 last year. there was no issue at all when they hand over the car for me, but my vehicle could not start on Jan.1 this year because of low battery. it can be found out definitely if those guys in Westside checked the vehicle carefully during the maintenance 20 days before. I have been taking my vehicle to Westside Lexus for service because it's closer to my job than Northside Lexus. However, I must say I'm VERY disappointed in the service. I took my car in for the 70,000 service because it's closer to my job than Northside Lexus. However, I must say I'm VERY disappointed in the service. I took my car in for the 70,000 mile routine service and I honestly don't believe anything was done other than the two new tires I paid for, the alignment I paid for, and a car wash. My car battery cable connections were not cleaned. Nor was there any corrosion applied. How do I know? Because my car died the same day and when I jumped it, I lifted the battery cover and both of the connections were covered in black dust/residue. They had not been cleaned. It's pretty clear to me that my battery wasn't even checked, which leads me to believe none of the other 70,000 mile items were checked either. Thank goodness ba gentleman at the gas station offered to go get his jumper cables to help out a stranded woman all alone at a gas station. I no longer trust your technicians to perform my maintenance. It's sad, because I paid for a certified Lexus and I'm now having issues and have only had the vehicle less than one year. This is the second time I've had to have my car battery jumped. There's no way this should happen with a certified Lexus. More

The insurance company Westside Lexus should feel very confident in their collision consultant Isaias Ponce in exemplifying superior customer service. The insurance company involved in my claim was very difficult but Isaias handled every aspect of the claim and all the players involved including keeping me fully updated and included in the process. He went above and beyond to make a repair to my interior seat that could not be determined how it occurred but instead of debating it, he got the job done and created a very satisfied and repeat customer! Thank you so much for having someone at Westside Lexus that is so customer focused and professional. More
