I took in my 2005 RX for an engine light issue and expected to drop off my car and leave with a loaner car, as the scheduler said when I made my appointment. But the service advisor obviously did no expected to drop off my car and leave with a loaner car, as the scheduler said when I made my appointment. But the service advisor obviously did not want to work on my "old" car and told me that loaners are only given to people who service their car. I would have to wait 2 hours for the diagnostics to see what was causing the engine light and then agree to service it before I could leave with a loaner car. The only reason I was there was to have my car fixed. Turns out they are owned by the same family that owns Northside Lexus, and Northside told me that they do not work on older cars. So, Wilbur did not explicitly say that they would not service my car, but he was not making me feel welcome. NEVER AGAIN will I go to Westside Lexus dealership for anything. More

I had my 2021 Lexus serviced at West Side Lexus on 06/08/24. .The service advisor Andrew Nagler rude and unprofessional. The right front tire had come off the rim while driving. West side quoted $389 06/08/24. .The service advisor Andrew Nagler rude and unprofessional. The right front tire had come off the rim while driving. West side quoted $389 for a new tire. I checked price online much cheaper. I bargained with them, finally got the price down to $351 everything included. Got my Lexus back after service. I asked the service advisor if everything Ok, and if my Lexus needs alignment. He said everything Is fine. While driving back home after service I could feel the steering pulling towards the right side. Took it to a 3rd party shop, they looked and said, the front end axel needs alignment, and replaced 2 more tires, because West Side Lexus Katy Houston Texas 77079 did a very poor job. Replaced 2 tires and alignment free form 3party shop. Now my Lexus runs like a champ. More
