In 2001 I purchased my first Lexus here at Westside Lexus and have always used the service at the dearlership for all work on my vehicle. Josh Guerra, my current service advisor makes me feel as if I am trully part of the "Lexus Family". It was Josh that contacted John Perish when I was ready to invest on my second Lexus. John made me feel extremely confortable while going through this somewhat stressful process. He is extremely profesional and patient, endulging our every wish. I would recommed without reservation, Westside, Josh Guerra and John Perish to anyone I know interested in purchasing a high quality vehicle. Repaired Lexus RX 450H from damage due to accident. The folks at the Collision service are always first rate, very courteous to my wife and of high quality. Steve is terrific.
