After much thought about what car to buy I decided to visit Westside Lexus primarily due to a review I had read about the dealership and the salesman Derrick McAdoo. When I arrived at the dealership I asked to see Mr. McAdoo and shortly thereafter Derrick was shaking my hand and making me feel welcome with his warm personality and disarming smile. I mentioned that I had been thinking of buying a Lexus. He asked what model and what options I was interested in and he suggested we take a test drive to get a feel for the car. He made sure that I drove over rough roads, smooth roads and over speed bumps. He wanted me to experience the car's cornering, turning and acceleration abilities. Once we were back at the dealership, he took the time to go over all the interior features and made sure I was familiar with the dashboard, CD player, moonroof, etc. He really wanted to be sure I understood and was comfortable with the car. AND I really appreciated him doing that for me. I felt that he sincerely wanted me to be happy with the car and to know all about its features and handling. I never felt any pressure to buy. I always dread car shopping and come away from a deal wondering whether I have made a good decision. Not this time! I met several people at Westside and let me say that they all were very nice so I recommend this lexus dealer and heartily recommend Derrick McAdoo More
