My car was finished in a timely manner and the service was excellent. My service advisor was very professional and they even filled my tank with gas before I picked it up. When my wife called me from Westside Lexus dealership on a Friday afternoon of vehicle window shopping I could tell immediately by her voice that there was a "good sign" for our decision to trade-in our Cam a Friday afternoon of vehicle window shopping I could tell immediately by her voice that there was a "good sign" for our decision to trade-in our Camery for the new 2013 RX 350. Sure the vehicle is nice, within the top 5 of safest vehicles to drive on America's roads, but what impressed us most was our experience working with Kevin Van Winkle. I immediately left work to meet my wife in Kevin's office only to receive the same great vibe after discussing our options with him. The level of transparency Kevin communicated with impressed us and because of this we decided to go forward with signing a new lease agreement. Had it not been for Kevin's genuine approach, our decision would have been less impulsive & more reason to keep our options open (i.e. waiting to trade in the Camery for a Highlander of something next door at Toyota). We look forward to enjoying our new vehicle while growing our family (expecting 2nd child around Christmas)....my wife & I have already shared Kevin's contact details with friends & colleagues - he and the staff at Westside Lexus were so accomodating, well deserving of straight 5 rating above. I was close to my 60,000 mile service when I had difficulty starting the car. I suspected the battery; and did not want to wait any longer, called my service advisor Charles Perkins. Told him of m difficulty starting the car. I suspected the battery; and did not want to wait any longer, called my service advisor Charles Perkins. Told him of my situation and that I needed to bring my car in. As I live about 2100 miles from the dealership, I started to Houston. Charles informed me that the 60,000 mile service was major and was to long to wait for and that there were no loaner cars available. He suggested that I wait until one was returned. By the time I reached the dealership a car had been turned in and I could use it. Since there was not time to complete the work that day; I used the loaner until the next day. Great service on a spur of the monent situation. The battery was bad and would have caused trouble in a very short time. Thanks to Charles for a job VERY WELL DONE!! More

Steve McKewen was excellent!!! I had a Mercedes and really wasn't wanting to change to a Lexus. My husband wanted me to look at them and Steve had sold him his car. We purchased a 2013 RX for my wife. The salesman went above and beyond in getting her the car she really wanted that no one else in town could find. Although the dealership was small ,it was very clean, above and beyond in getting her the car she really wanted that no one else in town could find.
