Steve Mckewen made the purchase of our new RX450h very easy and painless. He went out of his way to show us the vehicles available even though they were not all at the showroom premises. Steve Davis took us on a test drive as Steve M was working with another customer when we first stopped by and although Steve D was not our particular sales consultant he gave us every attention and was able to answer all our questions while out on the drive. Took my LS460L in for Service. Service concierge set me up with Dave Haas. Dave was friendly, professional and took the time to understand my issues, explain the process and work with my extended warranty up with Dave Haas. Dave was friendly, professional and took the time to understand my issues, explain the process and work with my extended warranty policy. Complimentary loaner cars make going in for service convenient. Dave always returned my phone calls within a reasonable amount of time and kept me informed of the status of my repairs/extended warranty claim during this visit, and always reassured me that the repairs would be completed on time/or as promised. The service cashiers are friendly and quick. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. Nice touch. Definitely recommend Dave Haas. He has been there many years and its for a reason. More

Jose was super great, punctual, and really knew what he was doing! We have a 2010 preowned, certified Lexus RX 350 that we bought about 1 1/2 years ago and the battery died. We didn't know until that day was doing! We have a 2010 preowned, certified Lexus RX 350 that we bought about 1 1/2 years ago and the battery died. We didn't know until that day that the manual keys that were in our fobs do NOT open our car! So.... we couldn't get into the car to open the hood. Jose carefully got the car open with an air bladder, got it started, checked the battery, replaced the battery and then thought to ask me if I was using my manual garage door opener because he noticed it on my visor. I told him that I had tried to program the car to open the garage door, but had failed with the simple method and never gotten on a ladder to adjust the opener and get it done right. He hopped on his ladder, checked the opener, pushed some buttons, and it was working in about 2 minutes! Simple for him, but something I just hadn't done. It was so great of him to notice and offer to do that for me, and that is one of the reasons my husband and I so appreciate Lexus service and are on our 3rd Lexus right now! Our son just graduated from college two days ago, and we have already told him when he gets a job he should look at a pre-owned IS.
