My call to roadside assistance was rebuffed for service other than sending a tow truck to tow my car to them dealership, since I was stranded in my own garage. (several years ago when the identical problem was experienced with my 2000 GS300, they just came and replaced the battery). I then called Westside and was told the earliest appointment available was on the following Monday, (this was Thursday). I told Roadside Assistance that I had a funeral to go to that day, and if I couldn't get a battery from Lexus, I would have to go buy one from Sam's, to which she replied, that would void my guarantee on the dead battery, ????? I finally was patched through to Fred Hernandez who saved the day and my blood pressure. He said get it jumped and come on out to the dealership. He had a battery and he was waiting on me. I have been driving Lexus since 1992 (2 ES300s (company cars) 2 GS300s, a 430, and my present 460, and were it not for Fred Hernandez, my Lexus ownership would have ceased. More

A deer ran into the side of our LX 470 SUV and did considerable damage. Mark Thomas and the staff at the Collision Center could not have been more helpful. Yesterday marked car number 3 that we've purchased with Westside Lexus (a 2011 Lexus IS) and car number 4 we've purchased with Alex Winnicki. Clearly that's the mark of an experience done well — in this case, a truly welcoming attitude, a fair approach to car buying and tremendous service on the part of the salesperson and dealer. Their attention to detail and their focus on creating an experiencing worth returning for is highly laudable; from taking the time to fully explain the features of the vehicle at delivery to the option to pick up the car from your place of work or residence for service, down to ensuring that your service loaner will be a Lexus and not something inferior, Westside Lexus very much works to create fans. I recommend that anyone in the market for a Lexus, or a luxury marque in general, pay a visit to Westside Lexus and Alex Winnicki.
