I called before my visit. The salesman Moe, checked out the vehicles I had seen in their on-line inventory. He called when he said he would with accurate information. Our sales experience was excellent. Shekhar was very friendly and professional and we did not feel pressured in any way to seal the deal. It wasn't what we had expected but Shekhar informed us Lexus was offering a good deal on the RX350. He got us to test drive the vehicle and then worked out the numbers. We ended up leasing the RX350 and while he was preparing the paperwork, we were chatting and found out that his neighbor is one of our close friends. And when we told him we loved Indian food especially goat curry, he recommended a restaurant to us which we immediately tried last weekend. And the food was good. This RX350 is our 2nd Lexus vehicle and we had a great experience with our purchase and services provided by Lexus as well. With service like Shekhar's, it is very likely we will get another Lexus when we need anothger vehicle. More

The overall experience " beyond " purchase negation with Lexus is wonderful. I have purchased 12 Lexus from this dealership and have never felt I have gotten any help on the negotiating of t negation with Lexus is wonderful. I was trading in and buying a used 3 year old suv......I asked for a certain price that I thought was very fair according to all research I had done online and in person and we were $2000 apart with no compromise on sales side! Just a manipulation of their numbers in their favor. After this many purchases at this same dealership I would have expected them to meet me in the Middle or come to my terms for a longtime loyal customer. They did not! The only reason and I repeat the only reason I gave in ( did not want to) was because of the service one receives from MaryMargaret in a buy,trade or sell......... . This one person in your dealership sales department has kept us coming back.... In these times I still feel your pricing and negotions need relaxing somewhat.....at least in the case of this loyal customer! More

I have had two experiences with Westside Lexus for service and minor body repair that were really very good. However, when I tried to buy a new IS 4 years ago from Westside, I did not get the same fe service and minor body repair that were really very good. I happened to have been driving a company work vehicle at the time and the sales representative was rather snobby. She really had no time to deal with me. So, I bought from Northside (I realize it is a sister company). I am sorry that you missed the sale, westside. I live only 7 miles from Westside and about 22 miles from Northside. My buying experience at Northside was great though. I have told several potential Lexus buyers that the Service at Westside is great, but I would not buy a vehicle there unless things changed. More
