I cannot understand how a wave so prominently visible to me can't even be seen by any of Lexus people, right from Chris H the salesperson, through the service manager Hans, Jeremy, my service advisor, and his service techs. in Typical Lexus style, Hans offered to change windshield out, simply on my say so; but both of us recoiled at the thought: what if the new one is worse ! Westside Lexus is an extraordinary dealership and the customer service is fabulous. The Lexus LS I just traded in was the first Lexus I purchased and I've had such a great experience, I wouldn't conside customer service is fabulous. I have never taken my cars to a dealership due to the perceived cost, which is higher than the neighborhood "guy" but the service that I received for that added cost was well worth it! I am a single work perceived cost, which is higher than the neighborhood "guy" but the service that I received for that added cost was well worth it! I am a single working woman and needed to be able to continue working and was given a wonderful loaner car for the duration my car was in the shop - over the weekend, no need to fill up with gas, free toll tag if needed, etc etc. I realize this is all built into the price, but I felt completely taken care of, the communication on the repairs was outstanding as Charles called me every step of the way and complete discolsure on what it was going to cost for each item we discussed. I was in total control of what to fix and what was OK being left as it is (mostly cosmetic things) and when I went to the dealrship to pick up my car, the cost was just what Charles said it would be. No surprises! As I told him, this was like a trip to the Spa - it may be pricey, but for what you get in peace of mind and pampering, well worth it! My car looks great and I have full peace of mind for a long trip I will be taking later this summer. More
