I was very pleased with the overall service that I received. My customer rep. Mr. Perkins was waiting for me and immediately got me in and my wait time was as he had said. everything was fine. I arrive a bit early so someone helped me while Bryan was still dealing with another customer. I appreciated that I didn't have to wait. From the moment I stepped in the door I was impressed with the quality of the dealership. Alex is a true pro and he was friendly,knowledgeable and helpful from the moment that I first shook his hand. That having been said, I know about as much about the intricacies of the car as I do my i phone which is about 10%. I do know how to open the doors, put it in drive and drive it.
