In 2001 I purchased my first Lexus here at Westside Lexus and have always used the service at the dearlership for all work on my vehicle. Josh Guerra, my current service advisor makes me feel as if I am trully part of the "Lexus Family". It was Josh that contacted John Perish when I was ready to invest on my second Lexus. John made me feel extremely confortable while going through this somewhat stressful process. He is extremely profesional and patient, endulging our every wish. This was our 6 mos./5,000 mile check up for our new RX350. We have always owned Infinities, and been very pleased with t hem for over 25 years. Everything was great! I didn't catch the name of the man who greeted me, but I did notice that he remembered me when I returned my loaner car & picked up my car.
