My appointment was at 10 AM, Josh is always prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have to drive from the other side of town and sometimes traffic/rain delays me. I bought my first Lexus at Westside, drove it for years, didn't want to part with it...but, needed a larger car and also purchased the one I am presently driving from this dealership It is now 12 years old, never had a garage and the paint, leather is still in good condition.
