everything was fine. I arrive a bit early so someone helped me while Bryan was still dealing with another customer. I appreciated that I didn't have to wait. From the moment I stepped in the door I was impressed with the quality of the dealership. Alex is a true pro and he was friendly,knowledgeable and helpful from the moment that I first shook his hand. Emily was very patient as two 68 year olds were being trained on how to use the car. She has been very responsive on follow-up calls about certain questions. That having been said, I know about as much about the intricacies of the car as I do my i phone which is about 10%. I do know how to open the doors, put it in drive and drive it. I love the keyless entry. By the way, Jerry Pyle is a friend of mine and I have been bragging on you to him. Thanks for an enjoyable experience start to finish. More

Mary was awesome and very professional. When coming down to the negotiating, I was told by my lender there would be no haggle and the lowest price possible. This was the divide. I gave Mary my agreement (in print) with my lender , and it was kind of overlooked. Lender even described her as a sort of fleet manager, and I would not deal with haggling. There was haggling back and forth. I was a little confused by this. I know it's kind of a hot car right now, and Mary mentioned that. But overall she was a sweetheart. And would recommend her to anyone. More
