In addition to the regular 75000 miles service I requested tires alignment and the steering wheel to be aligned at the center of the dash board. By the end of the day the car was ready and the extra service I requested was complete and my car felt excellent when I drive it. I had my wheel alignment done in a local shop previously and I was not happy with the results, the car felt worse than when I brought in. The wheel alignment in a local shop was about half the price i paid for in the west side Lexus dealer but even though I was pleased with the job performed by the Lexus dealer. More

I called Roadside Asst & they immediately told me what the flashing My RX350 went into distress on the Houston freeway at night while I was traveling. I called Roadside Asst & they immediately told me what the flashing indicator lights meant and to have vehicle taken to nearest dealership for service repairs. Since it was late, I called the direct line of my service manager, Scott Bissonette at Westside and left a detailed message as to why my vehicle was towed in. I was leaving on a business trip the next morning & requested he leave me a voicemail regarding his findings and how to handle repairs. Scott was very efficient in getting that information to me and putting me at ease. He also was prepared with the cost and was checking on my warranty. I was very pleased when he assured me that my vehicle would be completely repaired and ready for pickup by the time I returned a few days later from my trip. It was seamlessly executed and professionally handled. I have always felt confident that the service department at Westside and Scott Bissonette are exceptional. This was one more example of why I love owning a Lexus! More

We took the vehicle to Westside Lexus with the intent t Our vehicle was diagnosed with a dead battery by a third party roadside assistance technician. We took the vehicle to Westside Lexus with the intent to replace this battery. However the diagnostics indicated it was the alternator that may be causing the problem becasue it was testing outside the normal recommended range. The Westside service manager took time to explain the service on the vehicle, and propsects for potential battery issues in the future because it (the battery) had been drained. After replacing the alternator the battery tested good, but given the explanation and the reasons for potential battery problems in the future it was not worth taking the risk to be stranded somewhere remote More
