My most recent visit required both the service center and the body shop. Chris arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle, and handled the transfer (both ways) for the body shop work. Review of 45,000 mile check up I made an appointment for several days in advance for the service. The only thing that did not occur as expected is that a part for the passenger window visor had not arrived and therefore could not be installed. Other than that, everything went fine. More

She values your time and treats you with the courtesy and respect of a true sales professional. I've learned my lesson now, and I won't waste my time at other dealerships again.
