Tire issue I purchased my Michelin tires from Discount Tires. Car pulled to the right and Discount doesn’t do alignments. Went to Michelin 3 times for an alignme I purchased my Michelin tires from Discount Tires. Car pulled to the right and Discount doesn’t do alignments. Went to Michelin 3 times for an alignment still same problem. Finally took it to Lexus and Jacob and the tire specialists figured out I had “directional” tires and Discount put it on the wrong way. Jacob was very polite and kept me updated as I waited for it to get fixed. Kudos for them to take the time to get it right. More

I have had that experience at Westside not once, but, three times. First, as a newlywed buying a new RX350. Approximately, ten years later upgrading to a newer used RX350. And, most recently in December, as a single mom, buying an much older model. I was treated with equal respect on all three occasions. AND, much to my surprise, the same salesman was there! I cannot speak highly enough about Steve Davis, the salesman I’m referring too. The personable, professional, caring nature of Mr. Davis and the high quality of the Lexus product have made a very happy customer, time and time again.
