Over promise under deliver. Because they were backed up on buffing the wheels. On Wed. I was told I can get in Thursday because they need to touch up paint and buff. If I had not just traded in my Lexus for a new one I would have zero confidence in the dealerships service. Hope to get the car some time soon. I said I would recommend to buy but not sure on I would for service. More
