Amazing As Always Over the years I’ve come to appreciate the service that Westside Lexus provides. From the sales department to the cashiers in the Service department. Over the years I’ve come to appreciate the service that Westside Lexus provides. From the sales department to the cashiers in the Service department. Everyone one throughout the dealership are professional, have great attitudes and are very helpful. I purchased a truck last year from another dealership and am not receiving the same level of service I’ve become accustomed to. Even when having regular maintenance done. They don’t provide loaner cars and I feel the service managers are always trying to get me to do more than is needed. I decided right then and there that if I had a choice I would never purchase any vehicle unless it was a Lexus. Unfortunately, Lexus doesn’t have a truck series yet, but when they do I will be the first one in line. Recently, my valued service manager, Andrew Tran, gave me an honest answer to my question if it was time to turn in my 2 12 year old RX 350’s. Both having over 150K miles on them. Andrew explained that even though I took care of my cars, there are parts on my cars that are coming to the end of their life span. He explained both cars where getting to a point where they may start costing me more money than it would be worth unless I wanted to keep the cars. I decided to look at the pre-owned vechicles. My sales person, Clarence Keever, was VERY knowledgeable, patient and was able to answer all my questions I had. He helped me with pros and cons between a NX 300 and a RX 350. I NEVER felt pressured and he did a great job allowing me to make the decision that was right for me. I had some specific wants such as a white exterior, so my choices were limited. I did look at a few light silver ones but they just weren’t for me. I finally decided on purchasing a 2017 RX 350. They were more than fair with my trade ins of both my 2007’s. The 2017 was reasonably priced and had more bells and whistles then I know what to do with. Even though I knew Clarence’s shift was over at 4:00, he stayed until I was driving off the lot with my new car which was after 6:00. I never felt like he was racing me through the process and I even kept apologizing to him for keeping him. He was so nice and even took the time to go over EVERYTHING on the car. I really appreciated him doing this since I am older and not up to speed with what the newer cars have. I don’t want to forget mentioning Judy Patureau in the finance department. She too stayed overtime to help me. She was very thorough when explaining what I was signing and helped explain the different extended warranties. I appreciated her giving me her opinion and, as with Clarence, didn’t pressure me into making a quick decision or racing me out the door. Overall, I could not have had a better experience. If Lexus would come out with a work truck, I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Westside Lexus has a customer for life. More

The car had some issues and it wasn't ready for delivery when I went to close . Dent in door, seat control wasn't working, bubble in windowc tint. Unable to program remotes.
