My most recent visit required both the service center and the body shop. Chris arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle, and handled the transfer (both ways) for the body shop work. I recommend this service center to everyone I know who has a Lexus, regardless of where they purchased it. The waiting area always has water and coffee available -- a very big PLUS! More

The only thing that did not occur as expected is that a part for the passenger window visor had not arrived and therefore could not be installed. Other than that, everything went fine. More
