Our sales representative, Desmond Johnson was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. He helped us locate the vehicle we wanted and we were able to purchase in about a week. My experience with the finance manager, Anil was very unpleasant after I declined the extra coverages he was trying to add. He treated me and my family very rudely and made very unprofessional comments about my choice to decline. I would never expect this from a Lexus dealership. This definitely ruined the car buying experience for me. More
