I observed scratch on the rear bumper next day morning after buying new NX300 and called the sales person Jeff Jones. He advised me to come and look at with Sales Manage Mr. Bishop. You lowballed my trade in value of my Acura by $4000 less than the estimated value of 18,000 offered by two other dealerships. this offer made my experience really unpleasant. I did not even get 16,000 whi than the estimated value of 18,000 offered by two other dealerships. this offer made my experience really unpleasant.
