When I went to the service counter, three men were working on computers. Kevin, my rep, was not at his computer. I stood there for about three minutes and finally had to ask the three sitting there working on computers. Kevin, my rep, was not at his computer. I stood there for about three minutes and finally had to ask the three sitting there, "Can I get some help"? They replied, "In a minute..." Then, about three minutes later, they asked what they could do for me. I told them my name, and they said I had to wait for Kevin. I don't mind waiting for my rep, but not being acknowledged is rude and unprofessional. All dealings with Kevin went smoothly, and he treated me with respect and professionalism—the other three were not very professional. More
