We took our 2020 Kona in for warranty repairs the heater on the drivers seat did not work and we had a wobble in the front end. We took car back second time for the wobble. We only have one car and needed a loaner, which we had to fight to get. They had our Kona for 3 weeks, they finally replaced the axle. My husband picked it up Thursday evening, on Friday night we went for groceries and I went to unlock my door and my key fob did not work. We looked at the repair order and they replaced my husbands key fob. No one ever said a word to us. He took it back this morning and was told the couldn’t find his fob so they replaced it! Very unprofessional! I work downtown Jacksonville and if my husband would have dropped the car off for me and went away I would have been stranded on 8th Street. I will be finding a new dealership to work with! More

That was in June it is December 12 and many calls and broken promises later nothing.Frankie said he would call next day and I would have to call him so I stopped calling after last call he said he would call in a couple of days and still nothing. I am going to take matters into my own hands I worked as a mechanic fir many years and know how dealers work as of December 14,2022 I am going to contact my bank, motor vehicle and my attorney and let them handle the issues thank you Frankie. Had scheduled a service appointment for my 2022 Santa Cruz the afternoon of Nov 23, 2022 for warranty repairs. After my car was there for 1.5 hours, the service tech stated they did not have enough tech Cruz the afternoon of Nov 23, 2022 for warranty repairs. After my car was there for 1.5 hours, the service tech stated they did not have enough techs come in this morning and the car could not be fixed today. I asked why someone from the dealership had not called me earlier in the day. He stated he did not know why no one called. He made another appointment for Dec 12, 2022 at 8 AM. I showed up on time. At 9:35, the service tech took my car to the back. After another hour, the service tech came back to me and said there is a problem. The parts have been returned to Hyundai and are not at the dealership because it has been more than 3 days from my original appointment date. As he had made the original and the follow-up appointment, I asked him why he had not made sure the parts would remain at the dealership or be reordered. He could not explain why this did not occur and elected to blame it on a breakdown in communication between service and parts. Asked to speak to the service department manager (Anna McVey). She also could not explain why this occurred. My buying experience was awesome...service experience in 1 out of 10. Will no longer recommend this dealership to my friends due to lack of dependable service after the sale. More
yes you need to train your SERVICE ADVISOR Tom not to be so rude to his customer's and make people wait and then tell them where short help you'll have to come back anther day when they made an appointm be so rude to his customer's and make people wait and then tell them where short help you'll have to come back anther day when they made an appointment for that day for them .my only reason to come to the dealership is just because of the warranty other wise my car would never see the dealership again Blake the Forman for the shop did an excellent job on my car who found the problem with my car after i brought it back 4 times 3 hour round trips and gas and i told them i wanted him to fix my car which he did very polite young man knowledgeable and did a great job only reason i would go back to them . he took care of me and i gave him a gift for his service sorry to say they need people like him up front as a SERVICE ADVISOR and thank you Mr. Coby and Vanessa for helping me threw all this making sure my car gets done 5 stars each More
Run as fast as you can AWAY from this place and their broken down used cars!!! I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze on a Wednesday, it overheated on the way home, not even 2 miles away, and it had no oil or coola broken down used cars!!! I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze on a Wednesday, it overheated on the way home, not even 2 miles away, and it had no oil or coolant in it when checked. Had it towed to the shop where it cost me $240. The very next day after picking it up from the shop it BROKE DOWN again, still not even 1 week after purchasing it, had it towed to the shop again, only to be told they misdiagnosed it the first time, that the engine head is blown and it is going to cost almost $3,000 to fix it. I am now paying almost the same amount in repairs that I paid for the car. More

I have called and emailed three more times regarding removing the warranties and now I am being outright ignored. Greg, the financing guy, has been flippant and has yet to respond after I reached out several times. I don't recommend shopping here. A dealership should be there for you even after you purchase your vehicle. Westside Hyundai proves that they are only concerned with getting your money and couldn't care less what happens after you drive off the lot. More

She had spoken to sales reps on the phone over a period of time, and had made an appointment. Upon her arrival, she was greeted by a salesman, then another salesman appeared. Almost immediately, a female sales person appeared and belligerently insisted my mother was HER customer. The three sales people got into an argument in front of my mother about who she made first contact with, and who she "belonged" to. She found this so upsetting that she left. She did not go back, and wound up buying another new car elsewhere. . If they want to argue over a commission, they need to do so away from the customer. She was upset and I was furious with their unprofessional behavior. More
