Maybe if I write an honest review I can finally get somewhere with this dealership as my efforts for a month have gone without answer. I keep getting promised someone will call “immediately” and days g somewhere with this dealership as my efforts for a month have gone without answer. I keep getting promised someone will call “immediately” and days go by. Let me start off by saying I came to this dealership based on the reviews. I should have walked out the second my husband and I were talked down to by salesman Roberto who judged us off bat because we didn’t have perfect credit scores and a “trashed out” car to trade. We would be lucky to get into a 2020 used vehicle. After telling the manager Mohammad we were leaving due to his salesmen he assured us that it was a one off and he would do ANYTHING to earn our business. He was kind so we stayed. He worked us a decent deal with salesmen Chris, who was an excellent man but really should go to another dealership. We decided that that day we were not wanting to buy and wanted to think. They were on us about it and decided a week later to go with the deal. It wasn’t amazing but in this market it was pretty good. They had sold the car we originally picked but had the same in another color. We said alright and went with it, signed our paperwork and drove off with the SUV. About a week and a half later someone from the dealership called me asking me to verify my VIN number. As it turned out, they did our paperwork for an incorrect vehicle. Which then meant my tag was on an incorrect VIN and so was my insurance. He said he would do what needed to be done and send me an email when done. But he couldn’t do anything and had to have us come out to sign. I will say they were accommodating though it took another almost two weeks for someone to bring the paperwork to my home for us to bring it back to them. In that time my car wasn’t insured so if I had been in an accident, I would have no insurance. If I insured the vehicle I was driving I would get an insurance suspension due to the VIN being assigned to me in the DMV system was not mine(I work for the DMV). They didn’t really seem to care about the problem they put me in. They even used my old vehicle that I accidentally left my sunpass in TO USE TOLL ROADS(which they still have not fixed for me after promising to comp me for that). We brought back the paperwork, they filled my almost full gas tank for the “inconvenience” and sent us on our way. That was 10/25. My loan STILL has not been updated and I will be receiving a hit on my credit for it since they are NOT finishing and correcting my paperwork. Manager Lam has promised over and over it would be fixed and email me copies of the paperwork we signed and nothing has happened. I’ve called my finance company and they’ve stated they can’t get an answer from the dealership either. It’s an absolute NIGHTMARE and I regret using this dealership. I would love nothing more than to take back our deal and buy from somewhere reputable and keeps their promises. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealership as they have zero communication after THEY mess up and leave you hanging. More
I would be weary to say the least and give “negative stars” if I could. This dealership is ridiculous. I was able to negotiate down the Westshore fee on a vehicle ($2800?!) but was willing to pay the fu stars” if I could. This dealership is ridiculous. I was able to negotiate down the Westshore fee on a vehicle ($2800?!) but was willing to pay the full asking price. I was subsequently told by Mohammed (“manager”) that I could not buy out-of-state. Then another salesperson contacted me from a previous inquiry on a website and when I explained I was already told I couldn’t buy out of state, the new salesperson told me I could. I asked them to honor the previous deal (paying only $1000 instead of $2800 for their westshore-insurance) which they did in writing. I had the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party and communicated that I would purchase the car because the inspection turned out alright. They told me they would overnight the paperwork. That never happened and a few days later, they let me know “their” inspector found the vehicle to be in an accident (despite being accident-free on the carfax) AND, the motor mounts were bad. I spoke to the 3rd party inspector and he said “no way the motor mounts were bad” because the car would have been shaking badly during the test drive and it would be very rare for motor mounts to go bad on a vehicle with only 12k miles. When I contacted the dealership, they just said, “well we are sending the car to auction”, and when I said I’d like to explore this further because things weren’t adding up, the next response was, “unfortunately they just picked up the vehicle”. So…. This car is still up for sale on their website , nearly a week later for now $1000 more than the advertised price when they ”sold” it to me. They told me originally their inspectors inspect each vehicle before they put it up for sale. They said when they sell a car out of state they will have their inspector reassess each car and that’s when they found out it had been in an accident, has bad motor mounts and the front bumper was off (again, counter to my inspector’s report). So…. Don’t trust anything anyone tells you from this dealership. And DONT buy any Alfa Romeos from this dealership because at least one of them, (and it’s still up for sale,!) has been in an accident, has bad motor mounts, etc etc. Westshore- these are YOUR words- all in texts to me- so just letting the public know you’re either being dishonest with me OR you’re selling a tragically bad car and hiding its significant flaws. I suspect this is “normal” business for you. You should at least take it off your website if it’s not for sale anymore! Shame on Matt, Mohammed and your crew of dishonest characters. More
Buyer beware! Look elsewhere. We had a great sales consultant. After that, it went downhill from there. These employees think they’re slick big city people. Here’s Look elsewhere. We had a great sales consultant. After that, it went downhill from there. These employees think they’re slick big city people. Here’s what you can expect: All window stickers are taken off the vehicles. They add just under $3000 of xx add-ons that you’ll never need. Cute little way of adding a markup to every vehicle. The window sticker is then laminated with the xx add-on and placed in the dash. There were two more add-on fees: $999 for doc fees and another over $1000 fee for who knows what. Now here comes the worst part. After getting them to come back down to reality and earth, we actually agreed to buy a Mazda CX 50. So, the financial guy comes over and BEFORE he even submits paperwork work to Mazda Financial, he insults my wife who has a great income and a 767 credit score and states he wants more income to show and the bank won’t approve the deal! Seriously? Keep in mind, our current vehicle is with Mazda Financial and my wife, besides having no bills with a great credit rating and great paying job was putting 5k in cash down on a car only costing 42k. We have spent more money on cars countless times with bigger payments and this big city boy has the gall to insult us BEFORE sending the papers to Mazda. Who does this? Are you kidding me? If Mazda Financial was actually there they would have thrown this kid out of the building. Never has my wife been told she doesn’t earn enough money to buy a measly 42k car. We stood up and and said, “ We’re done!” The young boy stated he didn’t mean to kill the deal. Well, he should go back to financial school and realize the bank makes the decision, his job is to submit paperwork. To say we were flabbergasted would be an understatement. I sure hope the management sees this review so they would know because of this inexperienced finance guy, they lost a great customer with an almost perfect credit rating and a sale that would have sailed right through with Mazda Financial. They don’t accept reputable pre approved financing offers in an attempt to get you to finance in house. This is not standard procedure at dealerships and is a red flag that you should avoid them. I was treat in an attempt to get you to finance in house. This is not standard procedure at dealerships and is a red flag that you should avoid them. I was treated very badly by them but went to another Mazda dealership instead who did accept my financing and the process couldn’t be smoother. This dealer, is rotten from top down. The sales agents are rookies looking to swindle you out of a quick buck with no real car selling experience (just during COVID - hence why they have an attitude, but will get humbled within the next market correction, they think they’re good but will learn they are nobodies) and management who definitely strive to screw people on both the front and back end as much as possible in an attempt to keep the dealership afloat from all the deals they turn away for no reason. There is a reason this dealership has the worst Mazda reviews in quite a large radius, and it’s by far. The dealership should let that sink in! More

I believe all the negative reviews I see here—this is by far the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. First of all, the drive-out price was stuffed with so many fees that it was 20% higher than a far the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. First of all, the drive-out price was stuffed with so many fees that it was 20% higher than advertised. The sales manager, Carlos, happily admitted to gaming online listing algorithms when confronted about this (in fairness this should’ve been my first warning). Secondly, the number of miscellaneous fees and service charges associated with the in-dealership quote conveniently offset the $4,000 value of my trade-in. When I later requested a quote from them for the same car online through TrueCar WITHOUT the trade-in, it was only $200 more than the quote I’d received in the dealership—in other words, they had invented $4,000 in fees to offset the value of my trade-in. When I confronted the online sales manager about this and urged them to make it right, I was accused of blackmail. Do NOT waste your time. No car is worth being treated like this. More
Stay away from this dealership. They are liars and manipulators. FI Manager Abdula lied and stated they won't accept checks from outside financing besides their in-house financing. They are liars and manipulators. FI Manager Abdula lied and stated they won't accept checks from outside financing besides their in-house financing. Next, he lies about how you are required to add the Westshore Advantage warranty and extended warranties to get in-house financing. This dealership uses deceptive tactics to make sales so their pockets are bigger from commissions. If they tell you this, PLEASE WALK OUT THAT DOOR. Other dealerships don't operate like this and Unfortunately, I fell for it. Being a Healthcare worker, I was disgusted by how Abdul and the others at the dealership took advantage of me with their lies. I put my trust in Mark(sales) and I decided to trust the FI manager. I have filed my complaints with the state and BBB. They should be corrected because businesses should not be able to operate like this. I can only imagine the number of people they lied to. Single moms, young adults, elderly, etc. The owners, Morgan Auto Group, have yet to respond to my complaint. More
