Salesperson did not disclose that our purchased car had only one key fob. Price of another fob was $400 at a Nissan dealer. Did offer a price of $175 with their key service but never supplied the informa only one key fob. Price of another fob was $400 at a Nissan dealer. Salesperson never called us back to help us acquire a new key. I would beware of this dealership. More
I responded to an add for a used 2020 Toyota Sienna. I tried to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price and Westshore Mazda tried to add $3,000.00 in additional expenses. They got me in their dealership and wouldn't sell at their advertised price! The salesperson told me they were "into the vehicle for more than the advertised price". Buyers beware! I bought a 2015 Nissan Sentra in April I told Jonathan the agent what I had to put down on it so they worked out the number and gave me the car come to find out the car had problems after driving it for a the agent what I had to put down on it so they worked out the number and gave me the car come to find out the car had problems after driving it for an hour it had a lost of power I took it back and they said nothing was wrong as I drove home that day I was doing the same thing so I turned around and drove back to them they said it was a sensor so they changed it the next day the car had the same problem so I called them back up and told them they said bring the car in as I'm driving to westshore Mazda the sales rep calls me and tells me me I need more money on my down payment now I had the car for 3 weeks and they call me up again and say that I need to put more money down I told him I didn't have it and they told me to bring the car back so I brought the car back I jumped on a bus and went to the Nissan dealer over on Hillsborough and bought a better car for the same down payment that I was putting on this Nissan I don't know what kind of scam they got going on but the sale person called me up while I was in the Nissan dealership and said they felt bad that I had to give the car back and that the bank was waving the down payment and if I wanted the car I could come back and get it I don't know what type of business they're doing there but it's horrible thank God I don't have to deal with shady people anymore More

I just had our first complimentary oil change (We leased an 2021, Miata MX-5 RF) at 5000 miles. Service advisor "Patrick" , got us our on-time, appointment, while "Roberto" the Mazda Tech, did the oil chan an 2021, Miata MX-5 RF) at 5000 miles. Service advisor "Patrick" , got us our on-time, appointment, while "Roberto" the Mazda Tech, did the oil change and MADE A WALK-AROUND and UNDER CAR SAFETY VIDEO inspection during the process! They send it to your i-phone, waaaay cool ! Everyone working at Westshore Mazda is enthusiastic and in a good mood. While I waited for my MX-5's oil change in the showroom, the Floor Salesmen were "cheering" the arrival of MORE new Mazdas to sell, on a transport Semi-truck that was pulling into the dealership. That's a really good business atmosphere for customers to see. I'll keep coming back to Westshore Mazda, because of that type of attitude and customer care. Good stuff ! More

My wife and I drove from Sarasota just to test drive a used car at Westshore Mazda. No intention to purchase just looking. We had our 4 year old granddaughter in tow as well. Carlos was the sales repre used car at Westshore Mazda. No intention to purchase just looking. We had our 4 year old granddaughter in tow as well. Carlos was the sales representative who greeted us and showed us the car. Carlos was extremely professional and attentive to our needs and answered all our questions with no pressure conveyed. Carlos immediately bonded with our granddaughter answering her questions as well. After an extensive test drive, we purchased the car. Our entire experience at Westshore Mazda has been most satisfying. The car was in "like new" condition, and we couldn't be more pleased. We without hesitation, highly recommend Westshore Mazda and plan on visiting them for our future vehicle needs. More
Sales Manager Jafaar is a complete puppet fraud scam artist. I cant believe they put this guy as the head of sales. He lied about saying we had to have a mandatory windshield protection plan for 2k.
