Beware of Bait and Switch! I went to this dealership wanting to buy a 2015 Cadillac w/ 30K miles. I was expecting a dealer fee, tax, tag, and title to be added to the advertised price. What I didn't expect and wasn't listed is the $2,000 reconditioning fee they tried to stick me with. It was comical until I realized they weren't budging. Keep in mind I am going into a Honda dealership to buy a Cadillac, this is not fees to get the car CPO level or warranty. In total they wanted almost $5k over the listed price of $15,800! I drove to another dealership the same day and bought a car for their advertised price. Don't waste your time and even attempt to come here! ( The salesman was incredible, I don't blame him one bit. Ive bought my last 5 cars from dealerships, management makes all the decisions) More
Trust and Integrity is a lasting impression I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for it's first service. I am very particular, as I take care of my vehicle and it is evident from the start. I explain I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for it's first service. I am very particular, as I take care of my vehicle and it is evident from the start. I explain professionally and politely to the consultant/advisor upfront. The vehicle was due for oil change and tire rotation after 1 year with only 3000 approx. miles. The service department was not busy at 0700 and I was the only customer at the desk. He was not inclined with any small talk, but to the point and all business. Okay, that's fine. I mentioned more than once about tire pressures being low to start and he explained that it would be taken care of. When I was called back to pay after technician was complete, I asked basic questions of what was completed and how. I also asked to see the oil on the dipstick. He did oblige. I looked over the vehicle and noticed on start up, the tire pressures did not change (still low as I first pulled in). I went back inside and he stated the technician would check again. Tech brought the vehicle around and tire pressures were put to the desired cold temperatures. This vehicle does not need to be driven to get accurate pressures. Once you start it and give it approx. 1 min. or less, I've visibly watched information display change to current tire pressures sitting. Then, it eventually fluctuates up as you drive it. Bottom line, the technician did not take care of the tire pressures as asked or should have done on multi-point inspection, nor as the consultant stated was taken care of. It was not. Had I not checked the vehicle before leaving, it would have been under inflated again. With all this said, I am wary as to what else was not checked or was half-done. This is not the first time I've had poor service from a dealership and it won't be the last. Don't take for granted that the job asked or expected to be done right, actually was. The buyer/owner needs to be engaged. Trust me, this isn't my first rodeo and I do know something about vehicles. I would not come back to this dealership for maintenance, as I cannot soundly say I trust the work being done. On a positive note, the waiting area and food/drink bar is very clean and upscale. Best I've seen. There was a very nice lady that worked behind the counter of the food/drink bar. I wish I would have gotten her name. More
3rd time in 4 years; great service I just purchased my 3rd Honda in 4 years from Kuhn Honda. The first two cars were purchased from a salesman who just left. I was "assigned" Zack DeLeo as my salesman for this transaction and I could not be any happier. I'm someone who does his research and comparison shops. Therefore, I don't need a hard sell, I don't need constant emails to remind me. I was buying a new car as I was giving my 15 Accord to my son, and was debating between a number of different cars, including the Camry, Avalon, Acura NSX, BMW, Infiniti, and Lexus ES 350. However, I always had a feeling I was go back to another Honda Accord. The reason I mention the other dealers is because they all acted fairly immature and pushy. I told dealers not to call me - to text or email. A number of dealers ignored that. Not Zack. I met with him a number of times and he was willing to allow me to test drive the car as many times as I needed to, and was always available to work within my schedule. Not high pressure, just an easy person to work with. He was able to get the price lower than all other Honda dealers in the area on a fairly new, in demand car, and even throw in a few "goodies". If I need another Honda again (and 3 in 4 years is probably enough for a while), I will definitely to go to Zack. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. More
