Bad customer service After the oil change, the engine light came on as I was driving home. I had to go the next day for Honda to fix the broken oil pressure switch. It only took 2 1/2 hours for the repair and since I have nothing to do all day I was happy to wait in the lobby. When I asked if the part was damaged during the oil change, I was advised that it was a part that wears out over time. Wow, I thought they might have broke it but I guess I was wrong. I felt so stupid for even asking. A oil pressure switch that was 6 years old just happened wear out 1 minute after an oil change. My bad. And the crack in my windshield that was promised to be fix when I purchased the car years ago, still waiting for that phone call. More

Expected rates for average service. I came to the dealership to get quality Honda service. I received okay service and didn't really get what I wanted. Unfortunately instead of being able to replace some burned-out map lights I was quoted over $200 to replace the map light assemblies. I had an oil servicing a tire rotation and fluid top off, but my wiper fluid was not topped off. I only hope that my tires were rotated. I was not completely satisfied. More
