Refreshing Experience! I purchased a 2015 Civic SE to replace my 2005 Civic which had become a maintenance hog. My experience working with Rachel Isais was nothing short of spectacular. As soon as I arrived, she asked me what I wanted in my next car and what I wanted to spend. Rachel was extremely friendly and never tried to sell me something I didn’t want. She was genuinely interested in getting me what I wanted - nothing more, nothing less. It was a refreshing experience compared to the last time I bought a car when I visited 10+ dealerships and walked away from all of them. I had intended to shop around and just complete some test drives while I was at Kuhn, but I found a car that met all my requirements and drove away happy in my new (to me) Civic that day. I was originally looking for a Black EX and could not find one anywhere in Florida. So, I overstretched my budget to meet EXL needs. And Rachel were extremely nice enough to go back and forth multiple times to make sure I get the best deal, keeping in mind all the time the budget that I was already overstretched with. She even went way beyond my expectations to not only make my deal happen, but also provided lot more details on the car and explain it to me clearly. We had constraints on the date when to pick up and without a blink, she made arrangements to have the car picked up on the right date and time. Whenever I called or emailed, she made it a point to always follow-up with me, even when she was extremely busy with other customers. The sales and finance staff have excellent attitude and relentless pursuit for customer satisfaction. Very friendly environment and lots of amenities in dealership while waiting for the busy staff or the car to get ready. I would love to do business with them again if I were ever in the market again to buy a new Honda car.. More

We ended up with vehicle we loved within our budget, Rachel went above and beyond in coming to our home to take the car back for tinting which demonstrates her commitment to excellent customer service.
