Best option out of 5 regional Honda dealers Looking for the best vehicle for my needs, I visited 5 dealers in the Central Florida area: Coggin, Headquarter, Ocala, Classic and Kuhn. I bought a 2 Looking for the best vehicle for my needs, I visited 5 dealers in the Central Florida area: Coggin, Headquarter, Ocala, Classic and Kuhn. I bought a 2016 CR-V at Kuhn because it was the best price/lowest mileage I could find for the specific vehicle I wanted. As a by-product of my search, I shopped 5 dealers. I felt most comfortable with the salesmen at Headquarter, Classic and Kuhn. I liked the general location of Headquarter best (shortest drive, easiest to get to.) At Classic the salespeople are not on commission and don’t haggle. That was the most relaxed experience; thanks Sammy (also for teaching me how to use the backup camera!) Izzy at Headquarter was very nice and easy to talk with. He did a good job. Finally, Zack at Kuhn sold me my car—it was the right car for me. Zach did a great job. I contacted him via my internet research. We then texted over several days and he answered all my questions, promptly. He was very patient and didn’t push me. I also met with a manager at Kuhn whose primary contribution to the transaction was to tell me it was a fair asking price (and that he couldn’t lower it—even though Kuhn is not advertised as a “no commission” dealer. I expected they had more room to negotiate. He did cover the $150 transfer tag fee. Wow.) Overall, I’m pleased with the car and would have been just as happy to buy it from Izzy at Headquarter or Sammy at Classic, if they had had that particular vehicle in their inventory. Most of all I’m glad the search is over. More

It is never fun to spend money on new tires but necessary expense at 42,000 miles and a nail in the side (irreparable) of one. My decision was based on their knowledge of the advisor. Could I have waited and bought only one tire, yes, but I just wanted to get it over with. I feel safer having made that decision and that’s what service is all about as far as I’m concerned. More
