After sale attempted to communicate with salesperson but no return call. Gives bad impression-- recommend management do proper training on follow up procedures. Shook hands with sales manager on agreed bottom line price, but once in finance vehicle charge was more. Had a pre-approval from my credit union but dealership felt compelled to run credit anyway. The lack of respectful communication is the primary reason I would not recommend Kuhn Honda. More

Excellent service! I was having trouble, my car wouldn’t I start (it seemed to be the battery). I didn’t have an appointment, they took me right away, put in a new batt I was having trouble, my car wouldn’t I start (it seemed to be the battery).
