After speaking with Angelina (it might have been Angela? Sorry!) on the phone while waiting for AAA, I was told to ask for Tony when I arrived. Tony was great! He listened when I described the problem, and took the time to explain the process of the inspection to me and, later, what the next steps would be if the problem didn't stay corrected once they were done. So far, so good! I'm pretty new to the area and have visited other Honda service centers since I arrived, and Kuhn Honda was by far the best experience I've had so far. I'll definitely be coming back here for future service needs! More

I was there one and one half hours. How did they do 381.14 dollars worth of labor in that short time? Parts included a washer for $1.10 and tablets for$2.03.Yet misc. shop supplies of $46.84 were not explained in detail. You know,50 cents for paper towels ,25cents for soap, $1,00 for grease, and what else to total $46.84. Getting an appointment was easy. Waiting room clean and comfortable. people were courteous. More

I made it clear to Jay at the onset that I knew what I wanted and how much I needed for my trade and was willing to pay for my next new CRV XL. I explained I was tired of all the blah blah blah and just wanted to get to the bottom line. He made me VERY at ease. No BS. Didn’t waste my time or patience. After a few negotiations we came to an agreement and I drove off the lot in my new car. BY FAR the Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
