After speaking with Angelina (it might have been Angela? Sorry!) on the phone while waiting for AAA, I was told to ask for Tony when I arrived. Tony was great! He listened when I described the problem, and took the time to explain the process of the inspection to me and, later, what the next steps would be if the problem didn't stay corrected once they were done. So far, so good! I'm pretty new to the area and have visited other Honda service centers since I arrived, and Kuhn Honda was by far the best experience I've had so far. I'll definitely be coming back here for future service needs! More

Parts included a washer for $1.10 and tablets for$2.03.Yet misc. shop supplies of $46.84 were not explained in detail. You know,50 cents for paper towels ,25cents for soap, $1,00 for grease, and what else to total $46.84. Getting an appointment was easy. Waiting room clean and comfortable. people were courteous.
