Terrible staff & after sales experience I bought a brand new 2019 Civic Sport just last month. Just the same day after driving the car home. I called the salesperson & informed him I didn't I bought a brand new 2019 Civic Sport just last month. Just the same day after driving the car home. I called the salesperson & informed him I didn't like the seat of the car & also there was a manufacturing defect with the car. Mind you - this call was made the same evening once i got home. Drive home from dealers is about 25-30 minutes depending on traffic! My salesperson told me - ok no problem. Come tomorrow & we will see what we can do for you. Once i got there - I was given the option to upgrade the civic to an accord or Insight if i am not comfortable with the seat in Civic. I asked how about if i just get my trade in back & void this deal since i am not happy with the purchase. First I was told - my car is not there anymore. It is in the shop getting ready to be sold again. I walked outside in their used car lot. My car was parked right there without any changes to the car. This was literally within 24hrs of the trade/ purchase. After finding my car - I said. Since my car is right there. I would just take my car back. They tried to sell me my car for 2k extra & reduce 2k from the car i bought from them. Just with ~35miles on the new car. I decided not to buy back my car & return the new car for obvious reasons. I asked them to get the defect fixed. Salesperson told me - It was easy fix. We will fix it. After waiting several minutes - I was told they dont have the part. I need to reschedule it for another day. I went again after a few days to get it fixed after scheduling for an appointment. Again after waiting several minutes - i was told they were not able to fix it. You would have to bring the car again another day. I took the car back again another day. After waiting 1hr i was attended. Had to leave the car entire day for them to fix it. However, in the evening when i went back to collect the car. The issue was not solved rather - i found more damage to the car. I sent my feedback to the dealer. Never got a response back. Already brought up the issue with American Honda head office. I am sad to see such poor after sales service & cheap quality for manufacturing the new Honda's. The only good thing this dealership has is the lady working the welcome desk in my opinion. More

Did not honor oil change. When I bought my new Civic there they gave me 3 free oil changes, now when I went over for my first one they told me they could not honor them becaus When I bought my new Civic there they gave me 3 free oil changes, now when I went over for my first one they told me they could not honor them because they had changed their name. I always trade every 2 years, now I WILL change dealer. Real classy place. More
Exceptional A/C Service I came to the service center on a Saturday without an appointment. I was in & out within 2 hours! Not only that, but the service representative work I came to the service center on a Saturday without an appointment. I was in & out within 2 hours! Not only that, but the service representative worked with me to lower the repair costs almost $100. She worked with a manager to come under my budget & communicated everything very clearly to me. Charles Beck, "Chuck" and his team had my vehicle taken care of quickly and accurately. The whole team was welcoming and made sure I was taken care of through the entire experience. Absolutely would recommend this dealership and the fantastic customer/maintenance service. Great job. I will never go back to Brandon Honda again. Keep up the great work. Service was great but Customer Service could be better. Went in for Alignment and Oil Change but was told I could not use coupons for both services. I tried to speak to the Manager but instead spoke to an A Went in for Alignment and Oil Change but was told I could not use coupons for both services. I tried to speak to the Manager but instead spoke to an Assistant Manager and was told that it is company policy. The coupon does say “may not be combine with other offers” but it suggests to offers to the same type of service. My suggestion is to write on the fine print of the coupon “one coupon per visit”. It’s very inconvenient to have to come back on another day for it, maybe I’ll use the competition. More
