We bought somewhere else and they still keep pestering! I cannot get them to stop calling and text messaging me even after I keep telling them we went with something else?? He listened to my complaint and assured me my concerns would be taken care of. I purchased a car through Jony, who is a nice, but very aggressive salesman. While I understand that dealers have to make a profit and so do the sales people, I am against ripping people off. This dealership charges a huge amount for dealer fees among other hidden fees. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have bothered going here. Do I regret buying the car from here, yes I do. My worst experience came with the finance guy, Jeff. From the second he met us, he was condescending and standoffish. He made no effort to conceal his disdain for us. We are from a marginalized background and his behavior made it clear how he felt. The dealership has a diverse employee staff, but he still wanted to let us know how he felt and he did. Very clearly and without hesitance. He even tilted his head to give us a disgusted look up and down, including my children. The entire time we sat in his office, it was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In a time when we are pushing for more equality and diversity I do not think Jeff should be employed here. Perhaps, Mr. Larry Morgan would like to take a look into his dealerships and make sure racism is not tolerated. But thats just my opinion. Overall, I do not recommend this place. You can buy a car elsewhere from a dealer with lower dealer fees and, no other hidden fees. Very dissatisfied customer. Will not be returning at all to this place. More
Amy Eaton made my experience here amazing. I worked with Amy Eaton to get new tires, and we found out my front axle needed to be replaced. I was leaving for a road trip in two days and the piec I worked with Amy Eaton to get new tires, and we found out my front axle needed to be replaced. I was leaving for a road trip in two days and the piece wouldn't arrive until the day I needed to leave. She went above and beyond and picked the part up on her own time on her way home from work. She went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive, and on top of that she was nothing but sweet for the entire experience, keeping me up to date at all times of the day. I have been coming here sine I got my car in 2015 and have never had anybody treat me as well as Amy, the assistant service manager has. I will definitely be returning based on her amazing service! Let me drove home for a week before I found from the user's manual that I need to have it fixed ASAP. Luckily I bought extended warranty and they fixed it with no charge. After I signed the papers to buy the car, the sales person, Andres Morales, told me there is only one set of key for the car because "...the car used, what do you expected". I asked for a second key and never received it. I kept getting false promises. I then gave up. I will NEVER return to this dealer. Here is what you need to consider - why do you want to take a chance when you about to spend thousands of dollars on a car? Is this the only dealer in town? Go to a different Honda dealer so you can be treated with honest and respect, regardless. Make sure you get a good and happy feeling when you spent your money on a car!!! More
