Awful. Advise you not to visit this Honda dealership for service. I have tried several times to give this Tampa location a chance. The same. They lie, don't provide the actual service. BEWARE! Stay clear of this place! This has been the worse expiernece ive had with a dealership in my entire life. Sales person lied and sold used vehicle as certified pre-owned and sold vehicle several tho expiernece ive had with a dealership in my entire life. Sales person lied and sold used vehicle as certified pre-owned and sold vehicle several thousand dollars overpriced from kelly brue book value of vehicle.The very next day after my brother took the vehicle home we went to the dealership to address our concerns with the dealership and manager and they would not do anything to address the situation. From the salesperson to the finiance guy and the managers they are all xxxxxxxx, dont believe s**t that comes out their mouth. Should you decide you make bussiness with this place and they promise any warranty, certifications or incentives get it in writting or be prepared to get royally screwed. False advertising of mileage on a Used Car Doing a used car search for 2017 Honda Civic EX-L, found one at this dealer listed with 1,206. miles on it and price looked competitive. Asked for a Doing a used car search for 2017 Honda Civic EX-L, found one at this dealer listed with 1,206. miles on it and price looked competitive. Asked for a TrueCost quote and recieve it via email that added another $1,000. for dealer fees and docs. Per Kelly BB , the adjusted price was a fair deal so we went to the dealer to test drive the car. When we previewed the car, found out it had 30,000. miles on it, not 1,206. Finance Mgr. on duty (Sunday) stated it was a mistake but the price was still competitive. We disagreed and he went on to say that he would add a 100,000. mile warrenty onto the deal. When we said we were not sure we wanted to purchase the car with that many miles, he said we must be crazy....That is when we walked out. Buyer beware of this particular Dealer. More

Sold a car I put a deposit on!!!!!! This awful dealership sold the Honda Pilot that I put money down on to hold until my return in 3 days. I paid the deposit on Wednesday saying I would be back on Saturday. They agreed. I texted and spoke live with my sales person on Thursday & again during the day Saturday saying I had all but 3,000 and she said no problem I could bring the remaining $ on Monday. I get to the dealership on Saturday & I sit for 1.5 hours before they tell me that they sold the car I put $ down on three days prior. No one called me to inform me. Then the arrogant manager Alvin Santana said he had a right to sell the car & he felt no remorse. The sales person I dealt with was apologetic & wanted to help me find another Pilot to my liking. But the Sales Manager who sold the car knowing I had put $ as a hold, was so disrespectful to me that I couldn’t buy a car from this Manager. Both the sales lady and the CEO called me to apologize. More
