He was polite and considerate, and as it turned out patient as well. We wound up driving and looking at several before he showed us our ultimate vehicle, a 2017 CRV. Although it was pouring, he managed to get the deal done and auto delivered same afternoon. His management team was challenging to work with, but Russ never lost his cool, and kept his promises when we asked for several small deals. As sales professionals go I highly recommend Russ to anyone shopping at Westshore Honda. More
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Made an appointment to purchase an S2000 that had been taken in on trade. Arrived to see that the car had 101k on the dash when the pictures online had 95k, interestingl to purchase an S2000 that had been taken in on trade. Arrived to see that the car had 101k on the dash when the pictures online had 95k, interestingly enough the driver front wheel was also cracked and damaged as well as the rear wheel on the driver side along with the front lip. NONE of this damage was on the car in the pictures posted by the dealership just a couple days prior so clearly they allowed an employee to put approx. 6k miles on the vehicle as well as causing damage. Front brake line is ziptied to the coilover. The manager deflected answering our questions regarding the new mileage and damage by repeatedly asking “do you want to buy the car” as well as letting me know that no one has driven it which is clearly a BLATANT lie considering the new damage and mileage...we couldn’t even test drive the vehicle if we wanted to because it’s clearly a safety hazard but they didn’t seem to mind sending us out in it. This experience was the epitome of why the automotive industry gets such a bad wrap. More
Take photos of your vehicle when you leave it for Service! I believe my vehicle was dented while in their possession, but their photos taken at drop-off could not be zoomed enough to see clearly. They have vehemently denied that my car was dented (or even possibly dented) while in their possession. They did have the car repaired by their paintless dent person and it looks about 90% better, but there are still 2 dents. The paintless dent person thinks somebody had tried to repair the vehicle previously in that area, but I have a photo from 7 days prior and there were no dents at that time. Danny suggested my college daughter could have dented the car while at school and tried to fix it. Sorry, I do have the photo of the car after she returned home and no dents. The Dealership Manager. Mark Schols, stated that my car is 13 years old and I shouldn't be so concerned that the dents can still be seen. "End of Story" were his exact words as he said they would do nothing more. Mark Schols also told me that the Service Adviser thought I was kidding about not knowing there were dents when I dropped the car off. The Service Adviser specifically told me that he could tell by my reaction that I was not previously aware of the dents. When I picked up the car from service, there were 2 small but deep dents on the drivers side door and the door was no longer aligned with the fender. There is no way I dropped the car off for service and did not see those dents. I have now written 2 emails to Morgan Auto Group, who owns Westshore Honda, with no response. I will follow up with a phone call or personal visit. FYI: I did purchase a used vehicle for my son 2 weeks ago, we did not look at any vehicles at dealerships owned by Morgan Auto Group. More

I’m a tough nut to crack when it comes to buying vehicles. The sales team at West Shore Honda showed an extreme amount of patience with me, and successfully delivered the deal I needed for my budget vehicles. Aweful Sales Service I was interested in a 2019 Blue Emerald Metallic GMC Canyon. Seemed like a deal could be made but then it didn’t. Raised my offer of my car plus $130 I was interested in a 2019 Blue Emerald Metallic GMC Canyon. Seemed like a deal could be made but then it didn’t. Raised my offer of my car plus $13000. Seemed it had died there but I never got the phone call back confirming that or to get final numbers or counter offer on paper. I was moving on. But Monday I got a call from a woman there asking if I was still interested. I told her I thought Truck was gone. She said no it’s still here and am I still interested. Told her I never got the call back the previous Friday. Then I told her I would raise my offer to my car & $13500 out the door. Said she would talk to sales GM & call me back or have Sales Rep Kevin call me that afternoon. Never got call back for a second time. Westshore hardly budged at all on price of truck and very little on my Trade In. So what am I supposed to do when I can’t get your sales Reps to call me back on my offer or make me a counter offer? After an email to GM Schols, finally got numbers on an email attachment. Still ridiculous offer. Told them my car & $13500 out the door was my final offer and added "Please acknowledge with a Yes or No". Still no reply. More
